Semaphore aka @notcom has just released an updated version 5.10.11 of TinyUmbrella for Windows and Mac OS X . Surprisingly only one new feature has been added in this update, this latest version of TinyUmbrella will save BBTickets of your iPhone 4, iPhone 4 CDMA and iPhone 4S. The developer didn’t mention anything about their future plans on how they’d use these iPhone BBTickets.

If you’re not familiar with BBTicket, in simple words they are the key for iPhone baseband downgrades. Currently you can only downgrade your baseband while Apple is still signing previous version of iOS. If Apple stops signing a firmware with lower baseband there is no way to downgrade your iPhone’s baseband. Apple stops signing older version of firmware soon after they release an iOS update, the window is so small that a lot people miss it. But we’re not sure whether he’s planning to downgrade your iPhone’s baseband or use them for something else.
